Looking for Life on Mars
Moon, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter. The Italian Space Agency is concentrating on this planetary system. The agency, between missions to these planets, is also working on Italy’s participation in the shuttle mission which will take off August 26 with astronaut Paolo Angelo Nespoli on board. Simonetta Di Pippo, director of the Observation of the Universe office at the Italian Space Agency (ISA), spoke on the subject.

L’High-Tech italiano piace agli Usa
L’Italia esporta di più negli Usa rispetto agli scorsi anni sebbene sia scesa di un posto nella classifica dei 20 principali fornitori mondiali. Oggi, secondo le rilevazioni dell’Ice di New York su dati del Dipartimento del Commercio statunitense, nella scala dei fornitori verso gli Usa, l’Italia si trova esattamente al 12esimo posto subito dopo la Malesia.
Nei primi otto mesi del 2006 l’Italia ha esportato verso gli Stati Uniti per un valore di oltre 20 miliardi di dollari pari a un + 4,05 % rispetto al 2005 e ha importato bene dagli Usa per un valore di 9 miliardi di dollari paru a un + 2,51% registrando, quindi, un saldo attivo di 11 miliardi di dollari.
